The Department of Physics is seeking to recruit a motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to work in the theory projects within the Centre of Excellence in Quantum Materials.

The research will be guided by Professor Tero Heikkilä at the Condensed Matter Theory group at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The position will start at earliest on the 4th May 2026 or as agreed for a fixed term of 2 years, with a possible extension to a third year.
